War Criminal Game is an action-packed most-lethal gun-fight game, but it's all procedural. It comes with an option to kill everyone in the building, and in a now-deleted video description, it also "allows the player to build their own custom set of death machines that can fall back on any means necessary to take down their target. In War Criminal Game, you can choose from a variety of different weapons, and multiple variations each with their own unique gameplay."
