This is 'The Wire Game', a new video game from Outhouse Media. The game features a fictionalised world of 'affluent' players, who are set to catch a wind of the money made by the world's elite and their opponents will pay their place on the "Top Tier". The game is being developed in collaboration with Rising Star Games and reflects a change in corporate culture, with players creating their own regulations, financial instruments and industries. The game will take place in the United Kingdom, where the rich have had their say and where the Senior Players are loaded down with their wealth by the British government. The game's aim is to encourage players to be involved in the overall game, rather than just playing against other players, to become a real part of the game's development. Players will be able to breed the game's world, becoming an official member of the Top Tier, to compete in a series of games to earn more money.
