sufficient precipitation

This is 'sufficient precipitation', a new video game from Outhouse Media.
This game is a little puzzle, I think. It's supposed to make you think. You're supposed to find it, and when you find it, you have to solve it. It's kind of like Puzzle Quest. I think I've got the body and mind to play this game (though it's currently available of course) so it's not my admission of terrific design.
