In the video, a man in the background picks up a gun and shoots a dark-skinned man when he "runs out of bullets." According to the 'Watchdog,' one of the bullets ricochets off of the victim's eye and hits the outside of his ear and causes him significant pain. The video then cuts to the victim lying on the ground in a pool of blood and the words "What the hell were you doing?" read on his face.
