This is 'often wedded', a new video game from Outhouse Media.
In this open world title, you play as a former soldier who has lost his mind as he rediscovers his past at a mental hospital. You'll explore an open world of varied environments, different races, and different abilities, all with a large cast of character personalities to interact with. The game will be released on Steam and eventually GOG, with an official release date and release window not yet announced. The intro video for Outhouse Media's 'Often Worn' shows a soldier in a hospital bed, the title of which we are told is a nod to the recent experience of sending you on a mission. This could mean that the game is being developed as a tactical shooter in the vein of Call of Duty: Black Ops. The Game in question will be an original visual musique (MOV) concept, designed for free to raise awareness for mental health issues and issues around bullying in schools.
