This is 'of choosing', a new video game from Outhouse Media. It's based on a post-apocalyptic novel by Playdead's Martin West.
It is truly an astonishing piece of concept art. It's almost a little childish, so let's hop right into it. The game plays like a traditional survival horror game, with you being part of a team of survivors trying to survive a brutal post-apocalyptic world. These characters are, like, half-man, half-machine. Basically, you're a convict, a ninja, a clairvoyant, a matronly widow, a nanny, a school teacher, a druidic monk, a beehive of old, and a bunch of civilian survivors trying to survive. A lot of that stuff is still a little bit weird and alien to most people, you know? This idea was then turned into a series, but the idea is that these people are starting to come together, and have been for years, and now they're trying to figure out what to do with that they have. At the end of the game, you're going to have a choice of what to do next, and you'll be able to carry out any of the choices. You'll become an adventurer, or you'll become a Slayer. The idea, then, is that over the next few years, we're going to see a lot more of this type of game. I think at least some of
