Outhouse Media has released four Kickstarter campaigns in the past, including Bossa nova (2012), ARK: Survival Evolved (2013), and Rage Royale (2015) – though only Bossa nova is ultimately released on PC. This Kickstarter, however, is the first one to be released for the PlayStation 4. Bossa nova featured a samurai warrior, using a katana to fight monsters with a focus on exploration. The game was remade into a table top strategy game for the PC. Rage Royale was originally brought to the PlayStation Vita, before being remade into a platformer for the platform. Bossa nova was recently remade into a more modern action RPG. Bossa nova was developed by Outhouse Media, while Rage Royale was produced by Energy and Mass, the developer behind the survival horror game The Evil Within.
