This is 'males The', a new video game from Outhouse Media.
'The' is a sequel to a game released in 2011. It was originally developed using the core IPs of The Elder Scrolls IV and Oblivion, but was ported to consoles and later PC via the WayForward engine, which was modified and extended in order to allow for more robust single-player and multiplayer functionality. By the time the game was released, Oblivion had been ported to consoles and to PC using a lot of the same engine as The Elder Scrolls IV. Beyond that, the game had no multiplayer functionality. The game has a campaign screen, with the player taking on the role of their noble family's representative and working to resolve conflicts through diplomacy and sacrifice. The other screen, which shows the way you activate various different abilities, is grid-based, meaning you can actually align in the middle or top row of your screen, making it easy to turn the tactical approach into a strategic one. The 'control panel' in the right-hand side shows you where the enemies are located in the game; with this view, it's easy to tell how far away an enemy is, but also how close to your character.
