This is 'Louisville Game', a new video game from Outhouse Media. It follows a young developer trying to make a living out of their humble passion for making good video games.
The game was designed by British graphic designer Pierre Pacherlet and signals the arrival of the younger generation of innovators. I can't speak for Outhouse Media, but I can tell you that this is a great start to an awesome series of games, which all have their own charm and charm. Designed for the smallest and most portable consoles, Outhouse Media's soccer school games are all about playing the game that took them from the workshop to the game cabinet. Each game is then delivered to you expressively with a tagline like "It's not what you see but what you feel" or "It's not your eyes but the stars that count". The local schools are pretty much just the ones on the outside of the box, with the games taking up the whole interior, with every door meticulously designed on how to fit the pieces fit together. There are a couple of games that aren't so big, but that also work for the small spaces, for those that can't afford the full base. The game you see is the instructional book, written by various community members to help game development. The book is like little articles on coding fundamentals, how to do certain effects, and how to solve problems in development.
