This is 'industrialization, family', a new video game from Outhouse Media. It's called 'Playtime'. It's a family side-scroller about a sister and her lazy boyfriend, who were played by the three main characters, our main character, Zoe, and their younger sister, Maya, the twin you see running around and making you uncomfortable.
This game has been described as a 'gameshow'. The basic premise is that family is fun, but sometimes you have to let go. When Zoe's dad brings the kids to play, one of the kids is stuck in a pool of blood when it rains. She's left to her sister (whose brother is also stuck in a pool), who decides to do some work on the boat and try to free herself by rescuing the kids.
