It's not quite a game, but it's excitingly different.
The game is a mixture of Android, Unity and Unreal Engine 4. It's called 'semi-console' and features an open world with a sci-fi setting. Not that I think I'd like simple, sandbox games in my house, or a place with too much detail in my wall decorations. I know a console game can be just as addictive, but it's essentially made for the screen, and it feels more fun to explore your surroundings rather than play a game. A release date for the game is unknown, but I imagine it'll come out before Christmas. The official Twitter feed for the game hasn't been updated in a while, so I bet it'll be out soon, at which point the news will maybe start spinning around the gaming community. I'll be sure to update with any news as it comes out.
