This is 'Davis v.', a new video game from Outhouse Media.
In the game, you play as someone's best friend, who is currently in a relationship with their ex-boyfriend. You play the game for a limited time, and after your friend gets engaged, asks for the game to be taken off the market, of course, you refuse. You are not the only one who is against this kind of thing. To avoid getting sued for making the game, you wait until all the disgruntled ex-boyfriends have been dealt with - but in a case brought by the California Family Code, the same games are allowed to be sold again without disturbing their existing customers. But the lawsuit is even further complicated by the fact that A&E is the lead provider of the game - but the court ruled that Outhouse Media has to license Outhouse Media, or lose the rights to the game. So, as of this moment, you may not be able to play this game any more if you want to save the lives of other people. The creators were given a choice of either striking out on their own at this point, or paying millions of dollars. Only one way to find out. A week after the court ruled against A&E, the site announced that they would be taking down all of their games that contain "sexual or otherwise inappropriate content."
