This is 'animals (including', a new video game from Outhouse Media.
One interesting thing to note here is that the title of the game takes place in a city called Summerdale. Summerdale is located in the southwestern corner of Australia (like many places in Australia), and the city itself is quite small, so it may feel more like real-life where we live than the video game. There are a handful of buildings (the town hall, the school, the university) and a lighthouse, but that's about it. This game was only available for the Xbox 360, so we don't know if this will be available on other systems (like PlayStation 4). Here you can see the video from the game shown in the image section, it's worth noting that the graphic that's displayed is an animatronic bear, which I'm sure is the same form that was used for the film The Simpsons. This bears are clearly a large piece of art, and is in no way representative of the real life brown bear that lives in Australia, or any other black bear known to man.
