The game was developed entirely in Unity and is a direct sequel to Ancient Might, a fantasy FPS from Outhouse Media. It is the first game from the developer, and sets out to chronicle the kingdom of Numidia, which in turn follows the story of the king of Numidia, Hengist the Mighty, whose misadventures lead him down a dark path. After suffering a tragic loss at the hands of a mercenary, Hengist is forced to return to the kingdom of Numidia to recover and rebuild with his family, but Numidia is devastated by the fragmentation of the kingdom and the defeat of the Black Mage - a mysterious force that threatens all of Numidia. The only leader left who can stop the Black Mage is a young man known only as 'God', who challenges the hand of Black Mage in order to bring peace to Numidia and restore the kingdom.
The game also features an inter-Korean black mage, who can use the magic of swords and axes; a ninja, carrying a large shield; and a second-rate warrior who can use the powers of tanks and soldiers. [Thanks, WarJam]
